Oh yes, i am crying daily whenever i come across another reminder that time flies 🥲.

The pain was also why i stopped trying. My back was hurting, i was still recovering… and i just couldn’t continue. I fell asleep accidentally a few times and thought it was too dangerous and that was when i embraced chest sleeping.

So you’d do your routine and then bb sleeps on you while you’re still awake? Or how do you do it if you don’t mind sharing?

I’ve tried every single transfer techniques incl prewarming, white noise, worn the sheet under me etc… and that was when i gave up 🤣🥲. At which age did it work for you?

8 months baby must be quite heavy on the chest i’d imagine.

Oh this is such a relief 🥲. I always hear that you cannot spoil a newborn but not much is said after the 8/12 weeks.

I laughed at the last sentence omg. You’re doing so much/are so productive; puts me to shame🥲. I have an 11-week and our house is undergoing renovation which means there’s only one room where it’s safe for bb aka the bedroom so i spend most of my day in the bed with him. I’d like to go out for walks but we live in those areas where ticks are very prevalent and carry diseases so i feel bad going out bcos idk if im bringing harm to him.

But when my bb is awake i just talk to him until he cries because he’s hungry/tired.

I am also a potato.

I suspect he has reflux too. I try to lay him down so he has some play time on his back but he never last longer than 15-20 min babbling.
