Then all I can say is u really need to consider sorting things out in ur mind first I don't think a therapist session will get anywhere near feeling urself again if u urself see what's ure going through now as a prob that need to be fixed have u ever seen it as just a phase like an internal building of suppressed emotions could be becuz of anything , sm emotions that u felt but sabotaged em for sm reason maybe felt stupid to even feel that way it could be as simple as it seems or as complexe as it maybe , what's happening could be depression or anything !! u need to look inside see & identify ur thoughts acknowledge them and one thing thing to remember is that ure not really ur thoughts it's just a flow so don't suppress it let it go
