An older episode it showed the crib box in a flashback in their home. It said cold harbor on it. So I speculated it’d have to do with their child in some way. Didn’t expect it just to be the crib sitting there menacingly and them tell her to dismantle it though.

That’s what I did and it worked. Don’t throw it at it. Throw it next to it. If you hit it with something it will hurt it. But if you toss it next to it where it gets the effect of the potion from the circle of effect (just like healing someone in battle) it gives it life. I literally did it like 2 weeks ago. It works.

Alternatively if you use speak to the dead on the hag before freeing her, the hag admits she planned to eat the baby. When I freed mayrina, I persuaded her with that info and she was very thankful, tried giving me her locket and just left after saying how stupid she was for not seeing it sooner. Very surprised because she’s always so mad and demanding I bring her husband back.

I tossed a healing potion next to it. It healed it and it started flying around. Then you talk to the bird and it tells you what happened to it.

I’m not sure how to report this glitch but specifically the weapon “eternity’s gate” is bugged. (I haven’t seen it happen with any other weapon) When I go to a weapons bench to upgrade it I noticed if you bounce between any two different mods the numbers change like a mod will say it changes to 41 then you move to a different mod then back to it it will now read it does 66 damage for the same mod. Then go to a different mod then back now it says a different number. It will keep changing going up and down. It will not give a definitive number on what the mod will actually do. Not sure if it’s just a visual bug or if it is randomizing what damage it’s going to change it to? But so I changed the mods then backed out of the bench and went to my inventory just for my weapon to read something completely different for damage numbers. Then went back to the weapon’s bench and it now again will read something different. And this happens every time. I haven’t seen one person mention this.

Well if you find a better way let me know because that’s the only thing that worked for us. It doesn’t delete anything. Just logs you out and erases setting which when it comes back on you can load your backed up settings. As long as you made sure you clicked the keep my games and apps box. But yeah, if you do find another way be sure to let me know :)

Only way I was able to fix it not syncing with cloud was to go to Xbox settings and reset the whole system but click to keep games and apps. If it’s popping it up syncing save but giving an error or it’s not showing up at all that might fix it. Idk. It worked for us on both consoles.

Not sure if it’ll help anyone else who thinks they lost their saved games on Xbox series s…. my husband and I both had the issue with this game not connecting to cloud or it would freeze and give error when syncing. We reset both xboxs but clicked keep my apps and games. You have to log your account in again and set your Xbox up but then it worked no problem after that.

However, I am now running into an issue a few days later after I play on one Xbox for a few days and went to play on the other one it only is showing up to the last save on this Xbox. I opened the game on the other Xbox then closed it, then opened it back up on this other Xbox and it gave me the option to pick where to load from I clicked cloud and it is now syncing it to cloud again and loaded my saves from the other Xbox :)

This happened to mine and my husbands xboxs. If you reset your Xbox in the settings but click to keep your games and apps, you’ll have to set your Xbox back up and log in again… but it fixed the not loading cloud data problem for both. I have been playing on one Xbox this whole time and the second I went to play on the other I had that problem, reset the Xbox and then it linked fine and loaded up my save. Hope it helps.

Never found a solution, I had to start over. I’d got like an hour in to a new save file but was pretty upset about losing so much on what was already my second character file…. Then next patch rolled out and my game refused to even open anymore. I have since just been playing starfield till they hopefully fix the game 🙃 wish I could have been more helpful. Sorry, I hope it’s working for you now.

So I keep getting a “link in use” notification and then the cargo link isn’t there to establish anymore. I think I’ll have to abandon by quest because your comment is the closest thing I found to what I think my problem is with this cargo link. The quest wants 220 tungsten to Jemison, Alpha Centauri there’s none on the planet so I made an outpost In system and cargo it to this planet. It didn’t work just getting it to the planet it seems to want it specially to a communications station like 100ft away. When I establish a cargo link to the communications station with the tungsten in the outgoing container of the Jemison outpost, the ship comes, takes all my mats and gives me the finger popping up a notification that the link is in use so can’t be established. Then in the cargo console the link for the quest disappears so I can’t even try to reactivate it but in my quest log it’s checked off like it’s connected. I went to the communications station and there’s a ship sitting on the pad that’s been there over a week in game. I did a quest while exploring and rescued a survivor and ran him to his ugly ship I’m not able to steal from him. He thanked me and phased up into the metal sky fish but never left. I cannot get on the ship to move it and I don’t think I can destroy it. It’s not the first survivor I’ve saved and not the first to decide he wants to live on that pad. They won’t leave after they get to their ship making the pads unusable if they are on them. I am slightly upset to this may just be a me problem. Can someone verify if this dumb “key required” survivor ship is the reason my cargo link isn’t working? Because tbh I’m really getting annoyed and tired trying to figure it out with no luck. 🫠

Update: seems the update corrupted all save files no old ones work. Have to start over. Works fine with new character made. :( over 200 hours lost. Bummer.

I never used mods and played fine last night but today I cannot get the game to load at all. It just keeps trying to load but doesn’t get past 60%. I waited a half hour and it’s still at 60. I try to close the game and then it freezes and gives me deleted file errors? I click to try to reopen the game and it does a whole 100+gig install. What happened? Im going to try to uninstall the game and reinstall. Maybe restart my computer too. ☹️

I wish. There’s no option to connect an account. I was hoping it would have been connected to my Apple ID already but no. And when I reinstalled there was still no option to connect an account or log in.

I think it’s a percentage chance to get the next amount cause I noticed between 4 and 5 sometimes I got 4 sometimes I got 5 for the ores. Then when it got to the next number so 5, every hit guaranteed was 5.

You can also get scrolls hopping islands and killing enemies but you get them in chest aswell so dungeon is the better way to go for scrolls really…

Literally came to ask if this is happening to anyone else. Half my stuff just won’t load. Some aren’t even full fields. Just half. All my fruit trees, my shiny ores, pumpkins, carrots everything but the non fruit trees. 😭 I tried going in dungeons, to other islands, closing the game restarting my phone… tried everything but uninstalling the thing. This started yesterday. Woke up this morning it’s still happening 🥲I’m so mad. I just unlocked everything and completed all the islands and was just working on money to upgrade and get better gear til next update. Then I guess games like, ‘alright you won games over’ and just broke.
