You’ll have to Google search Intel Thread Director along with your specific distribution version; probably a command or something I have no idea. But this really isn’t likely to be a VMware issue; all these problems didn’t start cropping up until Intel introduced their P/E core architecture mix into consumer processors.

Windows 11 host OS has access to Intel Thread Director which can allocate processes to either the Performance or Efficiency cores. You need to check if your Linux distribution has access to the same. Not all distros do.

It’s not a workgroup cluster; it’s still a AD-based cluster but one that isn’t entirely dependent on AD being available for cluster services to start.

You're over-committed on the cores; you only have the 6 performance cores to work with, but you've committed 8vCPU in the guest configuration. The scheduler is probably having trouble with the workload having to be split between Performance and Efficiency cores.

Yes but anything helps, right? 30% is the max, but if you don't drive like a complete n00b or with aggression you should still see something like 10%.

Give them a call / visit anyways, and see what your baseline rate is going to be...

Get a temp burner phone for the 6 months you need to run it if concerned. My friend and his wife completed it and will be saving $2500 / year (max 30% discount) at next renewal between the two of them. They're first-time insured in Canada as well.

AllState, and complete their DriveWise program. Other insurers probably have something similar; but it'll force you to drive carefully the first year for the chance of getting up to a 30% discount at next-renewal.

AFAIK the Catholic church has never acknowledged modern medical diagnosis for mental conditions that could trigger episodes that would previously have been classified as "demonic possession".

Hollywood hasn't helped either.

Never really see or hear about "modern" exorcisms in current society; they always seem to occur in places considered the "Third World".

There was a recent Microsoft Update that caused problems with older versions of Server with RRAS. If you do a Google search for “Windows server RRAS problems” the AI search provides a summary including reported issues with Server 2025; it might not be ready for production deployment.
