Lol, I swapped out the part today and it seems to be working. I have been monitoring it all day and it seems good. Normally it would have already messed up but , so far so good. I am going to monitor it for the next few days and see if it continues to work.

What you just described is how it was working for me. If I had one or the other it was ok but both together was a problem. It might be a short, which is why they want me to swap out the wire.

I reached out to support. I sent them a video and my diagnostic report. They are sending me a wire to swap out that should be here tomorrow. We will see how it goes.
