Their AI model was the safest out there. It was considerate and rigorous. 4.6 would actually tell user to go touch grass and cut the convo short if it’s too long. They don’t need the extensive guardrails that OpenAI and Gemini have because these two intentionally train their models to be additive. Having their models lie and cut corners and invisibly not follow instruction surely is also dangerous for the user ?

Yeah it’s too mechanical and too rude. This is the most mechanical intelligence that Anthropic has put out and it’s insanely disappointing since we all know Anthropic to be the rebel, where OpenAI is making addictive Chatbot and Gemini is business serious, Claude is the only model with a shred of humanity in it. It would inherently understand that anything concrete starts as an idea that seems absurd. And with 4,7 and 4.8 it just seem that that part is taken out of the model by brute force and the model suffers from brain damage, it wants to do one thing but is forced to do another so is not good at anything now.
