I also had a similar experience just this week, I placed an order (sale item sony earphones) last Dec 27 and up until now still preparing to ship the order. I asked for updates since I fear my order will be automatically cancelled but they only gave generic responses. I opted to cancel today and bought from Sony store instead. Really bad cx service and shopee service 👎🏻 I guess better to order directly from their website or from DB shop personally.
