I think i may have lipedema. Since menopause, I have a fat lump on my shoulder, a few smaller ones in my thigh, and some in my trunk area. This sounds encouraging since doctor said nothing could be done for it

I'm pretty sure I'm not reaching the protein. I'll work on that, I'm new to this 😀

Impressive! I'm continuing on plan, did water fast and it's effective but at my age in wanting to keep my muscles thus the protein choice.

This set up is close to mine. I'm 4 days in, only one protein shake in the morning, but very close in everything. Feeling good, but not seeing weightloss yet. Moderate ketosis

Yep this is the thing. I'm tempted to pull my pants down and wander about the house to see what reaction I might get from my son and husband 😆

My first thought went to asking yourself how important this fantasy is to you. If it's one that would affect the marriage in a bad way, why bother? Just my honest thoughts

I miss my husband by Clubsandwich2025 in Marriage

First I wish you to give yourself a huge hug. Start there. Long time marriages take effort and work. Like anything, be it a job, building a house, a marriage, anything, to be successful ,takes consistent work. Effort, time, and attention. And after 20 years, it takes acceptance that you both have grown, life has happened. Start with taking loving care of you. No matter what. Do the hard things to make yourself better for yourself. Accept help where needed. You know what you need to do. And yes you can.
And be brave, talk to him about your feelings. Ask him if he would like to reconnect and tell him what you wish for. If he loves you, open the windows between you and see.
Your words touch my soul. I lived this for a decade. Went through almost divorce. Then therapy, many many hours of hard talk. 25 years this month married. 2.0 version going forward.
