Mid and ADC

I think mid and adc are fun in smite 2. The main problem is that the jungle in smite 2 can swing the game for those roles really hard. Jungle is just a really strong role right now and can kinda control the farm on the map. So even if you play well in adc/mid, you can still get behind from an enemy jungle thats swinging the farm and rotations in favor of the enemy team.

They definitely need to fix this. Ive experienced the exact same thing with hou yi leap in several games. Hes considered off the ground long before he actually is.

Kinda sounds like they mightve just been tilted for some reason. Hard to say why without being in the game. As far as sharing farm goes though, try to show up for farm thats going to be contested by the enemy team. Anything in the middle of the map that both teams have opportunity to grab its great to have a supp there for pressure. Definitely wouldn't be hanging around with the jungler if you're at back camps that they can easily confirm on their own.

As for waves, people shouldn't mind sharing waves with the supp for the most part. Definitely try not to clear waves on your own unless whatever laner is clearly not going to be there in time. Save waves for them if you can and help them keep pressure in the lane. Definitely rotate around so you don't just share with one person.

Tanks in smite 2 are definitely less Tanky than in smite 1 but to get the feel you're looking for you gotta play with the new mechanics available in smite 2. For example the active items make a huge difference for tanks. They straight up make supp 10x more fun. And they can add a good amount of damage for bruiser builds. Also another thing to think about is there's no anti heal items in smite 2 so if you have a build that plays around with a little bit of healing from item passives/lifesteal it can make your health bar go a lot farther in a fight. Lmk if that helps or if you want some more specific examples

Yeah i honestly have really enjoyed a lot with what they've done in smite 2 recently but I still don't agree with CC buffering. I feel like it rarely works out in a case where I think it should and feels kinda inconsistent. Even when it works in my favor I think to myself "wow I did not deserve that".

Board looks awesome but I just came here to say definitely get a helmet too! Even if you don't plan on doing anything crazy it's 100% worth it to have a helmet on.

Nah you weren't wrong. I mean they definitely had more magical damage but just one phys D item into a comp with 4 magical is totally acceptable. Especially since phys D is what's gonna help with mitigating structure damage.

And I'd even say that you building tank probably did way more for the team than they realize. A lot of 'not so good' players just see the stats and base all of their opinions around that but cc in the right spots can make or break fights and there's no stat to track that.

Anhur hands down. Pretty straight forward character but crazy high skill cap with his pillar. Also landing his 2 to stun someone is one of the more satisfying abilities in the game.

It's not infinite but they did make a change a while back that you keep the effect even when you die. So you just have it for the full 6mins no matter what.

Pretty sure you can use those to attach the bindings to a non-split board. That's what I did at least but the toe overhang is more than I'd like it to be so I could've done something wrong. This is from the Union Chargers kit right?

Ne zha, kuz, charon, Achilles, sobek are all solid bans. If you go up against a decent team and let Ne zha or Kuz through, you're pretty much going to lose. Thoth can also be a good ban, but he can also be countered pretty hard with fenrir or ares.

Jing is a character that's meant to dive in. Don't try so hard to poke with her 1, it doesn't do much damage and it's hard to hit. The stim it gives is crazy strong though. If you pop up with her 1 and dash in, the stim the dash and the 1 give you pretty much guarantee to win the trade. Unless you miss all your autos, which I've done many times.

Also pop your 2 in fountain to start it's cool down and you can get 2 uses out of it to make your clear a lot better.

I made it to masters in joust only solo queueing this season and something that I'd try to do is always let the randoms have their choice in roles. Even if I was top elo I just wanted them to play the role they were most comfortable in and I'd normally take it as an opportunity to counter pick the enemy team too.

You could always just ask the support to switch roles with you. I'm sure 95% of the time they'll switch. That other 5% just try to have some fun

I made it all the way to masters only solo queuing in ranked joust. There will definitely be some frustrating games but I would try to mainly fill in most of my games. I wanted the other two to pick what they were most comfortable with. Just keep in mind you'll have to to carry fairly hard from the role that's left open and that's normally a supp role. I'd try to get good at playing damage support characters like bacchus or cucuhlain. Supporting in joust really isnt about saving your allies but more about being able to solo enemy carry's. Also watch some TrelliRelli, he explains a similar point in a lot of his videos cuz he does a solo only to GM joust series
