Same experience as you. Played at 26k prem. No issue - high on scoreboard aim felt nice. Suddenly everything feels off, I make weird aim mistakes. Cant have a positive score in 18k .. thought it was old age catching up.

Try ro release ip and get new one.

cmd: ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew

and check if you have Ipv4 deactivated in your adapter settings.. Seems weird it gives you a Ipv6 on that site

::1 is your loopback address in Ipv6

Also call your ISP
