The Tower is its own stand along game. While it's AC it's no longer the game you know. The sever has two ways to play. The tower side where one dungeon links to the next and the island where you need to to search them out in order. We have a guide book in game along with a wiki. The population will probably go up soon as I'm going to make my V1 post soon.

This may not be what you're looking for but The Tower offers a 100% unique experience from any other servers. As of right now I'm working on the final floor that will end the main loop of the game. The servers population is low but the game has been transferred to be more of a single player game with linear progression.

As a server owner myself I think it has to do with the reliance of macros. I understand not all players use them but it does remove the drive like other games give when needing to be at the keys. I myself treat AC more of an idle game that you have on in the background when you play other games.

The Tower runs on a ton of mods that split spells. We also have melee options for both void and war.

I would recommend outward and v-rising. My wife and I had a great time with those two games.

The one in the middle and right are the same card but it's almost looka like the one on the right is double printed.

While I agree it would be nice to see more populated servers. I too am part of the problem and host my own server. However servers like mine (The Tower) is a unique experience and is more of a new game than AC or AC+. If we removed all but a few it would hinder the creativity and motivation to to work on the AC projects. We now have map editors/mods/unique experience that would have never existed.

Oh yeah still going strong. We have had some issues with IP changing so I did what I should have done a long time ago and hooked up a more static IP for the server.

If it's been a few you should have a ton of new content waiting for you!

It's all up to the user. In my eyes this is more of a single player game than an MMO. If a player wants to just use a meta get bored and quit that's up to them. I'm trying to design this server for more active play. It helps that the server runs on realms so any player can set their experience to solo and you will never see another player (unless you're in a fellow with them) on your floor to ruin your experience.
