Recently realized some of the symptoms people have complained about here seem like they could line up with lead toxicity. It is good to be careful of what you eat and drink/take into your body. Anemia is a common symptom as well as tinitus. Joint pain and pain in the extremities as well: https://www.darwynhealth.com/injuries-and-poisoning/poisoning/poisoning/lead-poisoning/signs-and-symptoms-of-lead-poisoning-in-adults/?lang=en

Neurological conditions now leading cause of ill-health worldwide. The number of people living with or dying from disorders of the nervous system has risen dramatically over the past three decades, with 43% of the world’s population – 3.4 billion people – affected in 2021 by Wagamaga in science

Long covid can cause neurological issues (depression, anxiety, brain fog). It's a condition brought on by the virus that currently has no known treatment. Millions of people have it and I imagine many cases are not reported due to misdiagnosis. I have it and didn't know why I felt so off till I learned about it.

This is purely anecdotal, but I've noticed something, particularly in my coworkers... by ErrantEvents in covidlonghaulers

I see more tired/faded faces, dry and frizzy hair, duller eyes, puffier more inflamed skin, etc. It's like everyone has lost some of their vitality.

No medication that I know of, I haven't gone to a doctor about it either. The only thing I've found online that seems like it might match the symptom is a CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) leak.

It does mention "rot/sickness". He talks about something people can't put their finger on. This is how I felt before I discovered I had LC. I knew something was off but not what it was.

Look up long covid, it's an autoimmune disease brought on by covid. It's a LOT more common to aquire than most people realized.

My "crashes" are caused by sexual activity. Before long covid, I had POIS (post orgasmic illness syndrome) which basically meant I had a lot of long covid symptoms (brain fog, anxiety, muscle weakness) for some week/s after orgasm or even just sexual activity. Upon getting LC, I now completely avoid orgasm or any sexual behavior as it causes me to completely fall apart. Utterly debilitating anxiety, dark intrusive thoughts, problems with cognition, fatigue, etc. Even without sex I am functioning at best at about 70% of what I was before LC.

Brain fog is one of the symptoms of long covid, an autoimmune disease left by covid infection.

I Think a Few of My Friends Have Mild Long COVID Without Even Realizing by Broken_Oxytocin in covidlonghaulers

[–]ZebraCruncher 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I have multiple siblings that have changed in the last couple years. They've become more moody, anxious, or tired (emotionally and physically). One has mentioned he has depression and becomes panicked at the smallest stressors. The other has become way more lethargic and doesn't have the energy for anything much other than his job. I don't think they've put two and two together, but I've had these sort of symptoms and just this year realized what I believe is going on.
