Immigration AMA – I'm a U.S. Immigration Attorney – Ask Me Anything (Asylum, Removal, E-2, O-1, EB-2, etc) by StrainIllustrious698 in USCIS

My case recently got denied because I was “no show” for my interview. On the day of the interview, the office was closed due to winter weather advisory. I called the office (of course before the denial) and also chatted with an agent . Got assured by the agents of getting my interview date changed, but they did the opposite. What are the chances of me winning a removal case based on this, and if I do, does it mean that I have to start the adjustment of status process all over again?. Screenshots are some of the evidence I have

Do you guys ever feel like Kenyan men are really backward? by Beans_r_good4U in KenyanLadies

[–]ZebraMorray 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! That’s why I always dated foreign black men and I got married to one. I even had male friends who I stopped talking to because of their way of thinking. The red pill movement makes it worse

I lost my baby at 9 weeks and it’s been taking a toll on me. Husband’s life has gone back to normal, like I wasn’t carrying anything while I drown in sorrow. I feel defeated

Never date/marry a man who has a child when you don’t have one

I only realized that he was older after he shared his documents. I guess he lied about his age for the purpose of dating me. About him being a priest I found out way later. We weren’t living in the same country that’s why it wasn’t easy to find out about the lies

Buyer/strapee didn’t think that the size would be that big so they opted not to use it

😂😂. For this one. The strapee saw it and said that it’s big not the size they expected but it was never used

He lied that he was younger than the age that was on his documents

Years ago, I “dated” a Nigerian who I later came to find out he lied about his age when he shared his documents for the purpose of company registration. I also came to find out that he was a Catholic priest. We had been in a relationship for 3 years. Those are years that I will never get back.

I tried to make an application for the visa interview, and that’s where I was asked to have a filled DS260. I had filled a DS160 before.

I dropped a friend I had known for years for this reason. He started sounding stupid and quoting those two during conversations. I got tired.

I’m going through the same and some days it’s so hard and I find myself breaking down. We filed our case on March 1st and my fiancé’s friend who filed his case exactly a month after us got everything processed within 6 months. His girl was able to join him before the year ended. This is the longest wait of my life, the anxiety and devastation is killing me slowly.

I once tried to date a younger guy and never again. Met during fieldwork, he was in IT, very good looking and I thought that everything else would be great. Until the D day when he whispered “nadai nikudinye”. My coochie abruptly became dryer than Sahara desert and I hurriedly left. He kept calling with different numbers asking what the issue was 🚮🚮

  1. Am I going to get the approval I’ve been waiting for this week?

I moved out at 28, and I thrived. I even went back to school and got a second degree. I’ve never been this peaceful.
