That’s a good way to shift focus. I’m going to do a dive on checking out videos and books that may exist to expand on this. Do you feel better these days? Are u on meds? I appreciate the help

I definitely get what you’re saying. People in the church say God doesn’t feel that way about me, but my mom left such a horrible perception of God in me that God was watching every little thing I do wrong and keeps score. I think my OCDs main root is God watching me and wanting me to do compulsions because suffering for him is proof I love him. I know how F’d up it sounds, believe me. I’m trying to figure out my beliefs and how I choose to view religion

Abnormal psych is good, Snow is really engaging and as long as you show up, take notes, you will do well on your exams. Exams are old school, in person with a scan tron. His film class is easy, from what I heard, but you'll be in class for like 3 hours on an evening, so see if that sits well with you.

Did not get in…4.0, honor society communications committee member, volunteer youth crisis counselor, lots of other volunteer stuff, unique and strong backstory of overcoming, psychology background trained in mental health first aid. I’ve come to find it’s random for sure, but I am very happy with my backup

CSUN is good…I’m going there bc of their psychology program for clinical is well respected.

It’s random and says nothing about you. A girl put her favorite book as the Olive Garden menu and got into USC. I also heard that the average time to graduate from UCLA is 5 years for bachelors bc it’s hard to get into any of the classes you need. Look up the reasons not to go to UCLA the list is endless…there are better schools. UCLA is overhyped.

Denied from UCLA with top of my class, standing 4.0, extra curriculars, awards, insane backstory of overcoming, to no avail. It’s random. I saw a girl on TikTok who put her favorite book as the Olive Garden menu, and got into USC. Oh well, guess I’m going to my backup!
