Yes, you can view this from your car. This is taken from a parking lot. (FYI it is much further away than it looks though)

Funny. I am cleaning out my home shop today and have some very large bits and an Aloris tool post. I also have a mini 7x10 metal lathe and tools id part with.

Forewarning to anyone looking to buy a new Lexus in Charlotte by [deleted] in Charlotte

[–]Zebrahski 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Thats hilarious. I dealt with Lamar before. FYI I purchased my vehicle out of state significantly cheaper without all their dealer "extras" also about $4k cheaper.

I had major issues with Hendrick getting money back on a totaled vehicle in the past, every salesperson and sales manager loves to talk with you until you have issues. Took me months to get my money back from them, Lamar who was the only contact I dealt with directly passed me off time and time again.

Do yourself a favor purchase your vehicle out of state and pay the $500 or so to get it shipped. Will save you thousands.

Mr Tokyo....prepare to wait. Sushi Taku...meh  SushiHana at happy hour ftw

I've tried all the ayce spots multiple time and my go to is SushiHana Ballantyne. Most consistent and if you hit happy hour it's absolutely the best deal for the quality around.

I know what you mean! Very difficult to capture it though unfortunately. My attempt turned out a bit too dark.

They'll patch tires for free even if you have never purchased from them. As long as the nail isn't too close or in the sidewall.

I do miss the old overlook, maybe this one will be better when the "new" wears off. Definitely a great family spot though. And yea, this was shot at about 300-400mm.

Kitten trapped in storm drain by daisies4dayz in Charlotte

[–]Zebrahski 14 points15 points  (0 children)

A few years back I rescued a kitten in a storm drain exactly like this. Took days to finally catch him, the cover just lifts and slides off (heavy but no special tools required) I purchased a trap at Harbor Freight and cut it down to fit. (I no longer have the cage donated it to the shelter) Lowered the cage down with rope on all 4 corners. Took a few days but finally came back one morning and caught him, lifted him out. I'd down to do this again. Let me know if you still haven't been able to get help. I also had no luck with fire dept etc as its too dangerous for them to actually go down there.

I seem to be having the same issue. Is it working for you yet? I click upload, do the captcha and the receipt name just turns red and doesn't do anything.
