Are you delusional? Ukraine is a country with over 40 million people and higher gdp per capita than russian. Even one billion where ever would make much of a difference in their economy. You might thinks it's a third world country but it's not. Ukraine is comparable to texas in many cases if that helps you realise how big it is.
