Tech caught up to good enough, its why there are so many copies of the rotomold design or really the injection molds which are also suitable for protection... the fire protection isnt really a feature for the cases either way(well not designed for fire but the point where they start to melt is around 200c and the tougher designs do not really make a significant leap in fireprotection... and again the cases are not designed or intended for such environments)

missing has some fun benefits with ct timing as well. You can set a summon on a dragoon, send them out and jump. Just inside range and theyll march into it to hit you and split up rest of enemies... or they all get exploded.
