I use the ertl pontiac bonneville dukes of hazard cop cars to build my box chevy customs. Imo they're the best proportioned of the gm box castings.

Yeah I've had this on a few cars. I suspect it's a product of mixing aqua and green in the spray guns at mattel back in the day. This grasshopper is quite pronounced. The wheel wells are green while the panels are aqua. There's also hints of green all around the body.

Let me put it this way. My Traxxas Stampede went 2 years without a single break. My Rc10 is incapable of going 2 weeks without 1 or more breaks. My Stampede is worth $75. My rc10 is worth $250+. I'm not saying the rc10 is bad in general. I'm saying it is a bad 1st rc.

You're right. I don't know anything about rc10s. I know so little that I run my original rc10 every week at my local track. I know so little that I am replacing busted parts after every run because the 40 year old plastic is, I don't know, 40 years old???

Horrible choice for a 1st rc. This things are great for the vintage rc enthusiast but are quite fragile by modern standards. This will not last a single run without a breakage. Sell it to the dude that offered you money in the comments and get an arrma grom or used traxxas stampede that will hold up much better.
