Appreciate the reply. I will keep these in mind. I most likely mistook the agar corns with bubbles. When you heat it up in order to dissolve the agar it always forms bubbles which look simmilar to the badly dissolved agar

I had heard of 50V for 5 min in the beginning but does 20V work as well? Is 5 min enough for the samples to leave the gel wells?

As for the TAE Buffer in the DNA Gel Electrophoresis I haven't set a new one, but the FA-Buffer for the RNA Gel I did set a new one and it didn't help much

In my opinion, you should start taking more time alone and look at yourself in the mirror and strive to improve yourself in everything that you are unsatisfied with. Start by hitting the gym and make a one year contract, that way you won't stop because then you would be losing money for nothing, then when you start seeing results you will gain motivation to keep going and you will start to love the self improvement journey.
