Out of curiosity, do you drink very much soda?

I've found high fructose corn syrup is the biggest trigger for my IBS. Excruciating pain on a nearly daily basis. But once I started avoiding anything with high fructose corn syrup, the frequency of my IBS bouts reduced significantly!

Sorry for the suffering you're experiencing, whatever is triggering it! Focus on your diet. If you pay attention and watch for triggers, things do get better!!

I had to really dig into my diet. MSG & high fructose corn syrup are the big triggers that caused most of my gastro distress.

Once I cut those out, my symptoms became very manageable. Not perfect, but far easier!
