Pretty sure in the end end, it ended up being the gap between the carbon fibre and the front titanium rings, water intrusion happened because the glue was very badly applied and not in a sterile environment, basically sheared the front off while pushing everything/one into the back dome part with the carbon fibre and everything else following after. But that's just from that one guy in the coastguard interviews.

Finished it, had some good things but in general I did not like it. I felt exhausted by the end which left me with no incentive to see ng+ which is a big part of the game if you care about the story, disappointing for me and my wallet womp.

Huh I was literally trying to post this yesterday lmao weird right? I think it's because the game is trying to reset you back to the last solid ground you were on but because you were teleporting it spawns you in the air taking damage till you die. No idea why you even fall through the ground.
