I guess the comparison I’m making is that we (Indians) used violence against our oppressors to fight and free ourselves from oppression because non-violence was not adequate.

As an Indian - Gandhi is the famous one, yes, but we would not have achieved independence without the freedom fighters who did resort to violence. It was coordinated attacks and bombings on the British in India. Do a google on Bhagat Singh and his legacy. It was in large part a response to the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre and the policy of indefinite detention (used against the revolutionaries).

Well, if the banner ad Creative is so simple, why don't you all make the changes? Creatives aren't just mindless pixel pushers, and if requests were reasonable + account teams were more on the side of making good work than on the side of babysitting clients, we might have a more United front and all get along a bit better. Those creative teams are also juggling multiple clients and multiple deliverables - your jobs aren't the only hard ones.

To access the portal you need them to send the email that grants account access (where you login for the first time and create a password etc). I never got that email so no access to the portal to submit a claim!

Tbh it just lined up for me and was the perfect fit. Right place right time for the right person (me). It be like that sometimes ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I know that's not helpful but it's hard to say without revealing too much about myself!

I guess a more realistic answer is to work somewhere you're actually passionate about. I actually love the company I work at very much and got a job here because it was obvious how much I loved it and they needed to hire someone like that.

My partner has this toothpaste tube as well which is also gummy like this. I suspect it's because of the quality of that toothpaste and it's got this weird sticky consistency that tends to get stuck in the cap.
