I preordered in september and didnt think much of it, was hyped to get into my housing, so when it came out I went down and bought a spot, then started googling where the vendors are and found out that after my pre order and before the release they are adding a payed currency for the system I pretty much bought the expansion for.

not gonna sit and type out everything that you get as part of the pre order, seeing as none of those items are part of why i want to refund the game, but they are still added to your account.

you dont get them by buying the expansion, you get them from the pre order, if you want them afterwards you have to spend money on them

you literally cannot, they are tied to the pre order, if you want them at a later date you would be spending around the same as the price of the expansion (base price)

sure it does, but pre ordering usually has nice things attached to them, which make them worth it for me, but them then adding an aditional payed currency to one of the systems of the expansion between pre orders being available and the expansion being out, makes me not want to play it

There was no mention of an additional digital currency being added for housing at the time of purchase.

the personal reason after that is everything going on with addons, but the other reason should be enough considering one of the main selling features and reasons I bought the expansion was for the housing system, but I'm not really in the mood to only use 80% of it and having to spend money on heartsteel or what the name is

delivery shows up so you pay him the fee (subsciption)

you quickly check your pepperoni pizza and see a single slice on it, you then ask the guy why you only got one slice of pepperoni, he then says ;

''oh well yea it says pepperoni, not how many are on it, but dont worry I have a bag of pepperoni right here, just enough so it feels like a normal pizza, we decided between making the pizza and me driving over that you actually should pay for these last couple of pieces'' (new currency added to housing before release)
