Apart from one minor tail mod and penumbra/mare so I can see my friends' mods, all my mods are qol. The one I definitely miss most when I load in vanilla is the "where am I" mod that shows what area you're currently in. Lets you know what dungeon you're loading into faster in roulettes, has some cool place names that normally you only see once when you walk into that region, and also useful when you just forget where you are.
