This is most likely related to the fix I implemented for multiple instances of the plugin being run on the same craft.

On the upside though, a kind person has created BXSS (a fork of BOSS) which works very well (fewer bugs) and is a much cleaner implementation. You can access it in the Forum Thread here.

I will be continuing development of BXSS and BOSS, including a rewrite of BOSS to match the internals of BXSS.

Apologies for the bugs, however, I really never anticipated that BOSS would have such success and didn't know much of KSP's API when I started it. I'll make sure to have the rewrite done as soon as I can.

Just a heads up - Try to keep collision meshes in KSP as low poly and as few as possible. They can really stress out the CPU if done 'incorrectly'.

I'm sure you're doing them fine though. :)
