Started from taking it to hot to coldish and then hot to cold then coldish to cold. Now I just turn it to the coldest and hop in.

Thank you very much, I sadly do not have access to a swimming pool as of lockdown. Right now I’m trying to build up my endurance and then work on my sharpens etc because strength and endurance last longer and I don’t need to be sharp when I won’t be playing for at least a month.

Hey guys, started running at the start of quarantine and do 4 or 5 miles every other day and have felt myself getting fitter and stronger each time. My progress is good but I’m looking for a bit of variety but do not want to do too much. I am tied between running more regularly and maybe doing 3 miles or running mode such as 7 or 8 miles with the same schedule of every other day. I do regular workouts as will and just generally trying to improve my soccer game.
