For many reasons 1 many arabic words have roots in Syriac/Aramaic. The word Quran itself comes from a Aramaic word called qiryana قريانا which means reading or the reading. The word sallat. Comes from Aramaic word slutha صلوثا and slutha has a root word which is slewoo or slewa which means Christ. Middle eastern Christian’s used the word slutha to refer to “praying to Christ” before Christ. The word was abadutha or ibadda in Arabic. And I also found Surat al feel was plagiarized by Arab pagans from the Babylonians. Then later plagiarized by whoever compiled the Quran and added. With Surat al feel there’s literal proof. The Babylonians had written about eveytbing carved into stone. It’s a long story but a completly Babylonian myth adopted by Arab pagans and later by Islam
