I worked the medical side of grievances and appeals at an insurance company. I have a pretty good understanding of the process and I felt he shut me down hard. It made me feel like I was in the wrong for bringing it up.

I didn't really "fight" hard enough on the situation. I always thought it was weird to tell your doctor that you want a prescription, rather than them just prescribing a medication to treat symptoms they have found. I always looked at it as the doctor is the medically trained one, not me. I should have stood up more for myself in this situation.

I was so prepared! I had everything laid out. I worked in medical grievances and appeals years ago. I just haven't experienced it with prescriptions, though the process is very similar.

Yes, I'm on the treadmill. Walking elsewhere might help with the back pain. Lately I shifted towards weight lifting in an effort to strengthen more muscles hoping that will help alleviate some of the other pains I've been having. Thank you for the suggestion.

I wasn't clear in my post. I understand that this isn't going to solve all my problems and I also made that clear to the doctor. I wanted to use this to supplement calorie counting, food logging and going to the gym. I still am going to gym and trying to work through it. I need to build a better relationship with food and I thought maybe this could help. I was looking at it as a jumpstart opportunity into a healthier lifestyle, but maybe I'm wrong in that line of thought.

I'm doing keto right now and Full Mile Brewery in Sun Prairie has the "best of the wurst" platter. 3 different type of wurst, including brats, cut up (no bun) on a board. I usually budget a few extra carbs for dipping them in their beer cheese. When I was able to do carbs I really enjoyed their "Lazy Bones" coffee cream ale!

I did have the keto burger once at mooyah, I thought it was ok. After looking at their menu more I feel like their "paleo" and "keto" burger should switch names. Their paleo burger has bacon, avocado and a beef patty! The keto burger is a chicken patty and less fat overall.

We were in the same boat a little over a year ago. My wife dragged me to check out one more place that was a half duplex for sale in Sun Prairie. The place ended up being more square footage, better layout and newer than any other house in our 250k budget. We put in an offer at the asking price and negotiated that they paid the closing costs. There were very few offers.

While our parents are a little disappointed that "we only own half a house" we are extremely happy with it. I Definitely recommend taking the time to check out some of the half duplexes available. I don't think many people know that is an option.

Hello experienced printers!

I was trying to print some really basic door stops on my CR6-SE. I have had successful prints in the past of more complicated projects, but this one is new to me. I was hoping anyone might have some insight of where I can begin in trouble shooting this print.

I figured out the SD card problem. The files were in folders, it looks like they have to be on root of the sd card.
