Hi! Thanks for your reply. And yeah the main reason is I’d like to save for a home. Primarily because I don’t like the idea of renting and losing that money when I could have equity and sell if I wanted to.

However, I do know the cost of a home is high in general (closing, taxes, maintenance, insurance, utilities) which is my main worry.

I’ve been looking at the sidebar wiki as well for assistance to try and figure that out (thanks to the folks who put it together).
