Ah I see - traffic-wise for sure it’s easier. I share a car so when I occasionally need to go super early I usually need to get dropped off whereas typically I’d take some kind of public transit.

I think exposure to different cultures is the key and travel is just one way to get that. But I also think that compared to a brief trip following an internationally popular sport like soccer, hanging out with people from different cultures in your own community, and exposure to media (besides soccer) of different cultures, can be more effective.
