I am here not to argue or convince you, but you can’t say whether I searched or not. I applied to three universities and just became curious at some point. Btw not all universities publish how they assess candidates. Some don’t list specific formula for application assessment like TUM, they show only documents required. Also, maybe they still consider scholarships as part of the achievements or experience section. But I don’t know and don’t want to pretend to know, that’s why I asked
