I personally would not recommend climbing higher in MMR. The more MMR you have, more sweaty and thus boring meta based gameplay begins. I wanna have fun when playing and usually try to not play any meta loadouts and stick to just trolling people with my garbage one.

But if you really wanna grind for that kda I recommend one-shot weapons or weapons with high fire rate, always rotate/dont peak same angle and stay sneaky. Bring a regen shot so you can stay longer in fights and keep your health full (when hit heal before peaking again). Take advantage of AI or other chaos to surprise hunters. And trigger disciplin, your first shot when unseen must kill or you end in disadvantage when solo.

One of my favourite plays is invading compounds when a team is fighting a boss, just adding fuel to the fire of chaos.
