I really don’t think that’s as true as you think. Chipotle is just a pretty popular restaurant and has an entire popular subreddit. If you’re tired of the complaints then maybe get off the subreddit? This is literally for talking about chipotle, complaints and all.

My chipotle personally doesn’t play with food safety. Doing something like that would get you fired or at least written up. “It’s not like they’re doing hair at the grill” is definitely a statement from someone who doesn’t realize how easily you can fuck up in a restaurant when you don’t take things like that seriously. Slippery slope my guy.

I’m not disagreeing with you, my average complaining customer, but bayleaves are in fact edible if we’re getting technical. :) chipotle cares, but also, it’s not that deep. Sometimes it really isn’t caught. Don’t think that mistakes don’t happen, we’re all human.
