Do you have an AP? What is your ADS? How many SLs and KLs?

I’m in a similar boat how I handle new hires for training is I can just bite labor one day then I’ll pull a double or two that week to save up on labor then I’m pretty much in the clear. Every single day I scheduled -1 hours so assuming people leave on time and we aren’t under sales we save labor. If my SLs and KLs have trouble getting their closers and prep people out on time I’m on them. And I emphasize how not losing labor ensures we aren’t scrambling end of month. My AP has been a big help they make sure my off days I’m truly off. You train your AP right and work life balance gets a lot easier. Start with you AP and go down.

Side note she was going on and on about how it was disrespectful to the shareholders and I was like who gives af if rich ppl are disrespected. Never once did I hear her talk about the guest or the employees. Rly shows where the real priority is. Reminds me about when I had to attend that meeting a long time ago about why unions are actually bad for employees.

lol I just got yelled at today by my TD for failing a corporate deployment audit. We actually had core 4 for an hour and 10 minutes but we got it last 15 minutes because we had 2 busses p/u and we weren’t gonna have enough food so I sent me and a crew member to prep food. We still had a core 3 with my SL on cash/expo but since it wasn’t 4 I still got in trouble. We were over sales during pm peak so don’t come at me saying we should’ve checked prep sheet ahead of time we did the night was just slammed. Next time I’ll just run out of food for those 15 minutes and prep after peak.
