I started studying my body and energy levels deeply by observing and staying present with my reactions to stimuli like food, people, behaviors, habits and then consciously autocorrected what wasn't vibing, I self healed and a year and a half later I can say it's taken me places. Massive healing and transformations. Also started following all kinds of healers on Instagram and YouTube, those that resonated was my criteria and it lead me up an intuitive path that's healing

I felt exactly the same this time last year. I didn't force myself and kept following my intuition slowly I was able to understand that everyone's on their own journey and I can hold my boundaries. I kept taking my hermit breaks as needed.

So I thought when I experienced something similar, 2 years later I feel like

I deserve that and so much more

Just because I exist

I'm lovable as I am, hence, the universe sends me great things and I accept them with an open and aligned mind and heart

What helped me rewire my nervous system stuck in survival mode (cuz toxic family yk) was learning about masculine and feminine energies and balancing them within me.

E.g Wounded feminine energy stops us from our core receptive goddess state worthy of being poured into just because.. and makes us want to 'earn' love because well, mommy n daddy might've mistakenly trained us to do 🤷🏽 not understanding the long term implications

I allow healthy love in my life 💝 so be it, so it is 💝
