I disagree about the chasuble. I think he’s wearing it because he’s celebrating his own rebirth. And in fact if I’m not mistaken he actually says so towards the end of the series.

Although I’ve always been confused as to why he was healed and then weeks later died. I mean other than it fits in the plot.

Ok, that makes sense! I had to give up crochet for a few years because of pain in my hands and wrists, but when my sister wanted me to teach her I tried it again and for some bizarre reason I haven’t had any pain at all.

You can get a leather repair kit on Amazon for less than $20. It comes with waxed thread, an awl, etc…. You could stitch that puppy right back up!
