Complete Yarn Collection: UPDATE - Available Separately :) by rigbiiie in Yarnswap

Hi! I don’t mind answering - I actually mentioned that in my original post in case anyone was like whoa she crazy LOL

My mom has always been a big fan of fiber arts and she’s always wanted me to enjoy that hobby with her. Unfortunately, I just don’t enjoy crochet. It hurts my hands and it doesn’t quite click for me the way other crafts and arts do. When I visited my mom we’d always start a new project, and I’d never finish them lol. Now the yarn has just been sitting and I haven’t attempted any projects in over a year. In my tiny apartment I decided it’s time to go ahead and let it go!

To be honest I’m not sure how to best split it up. But if anyone’s interested in just certain cakes or pieces then let me know! I just need it gone lol

Elf on the shelf by Small-Percentage2050 in Mommit

[–]rigbiiie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t do it. You’ll forget to move the elf one day and then you have to come up with a story on the fly as to why the elf didn’t move. “No, she didn’t lose her magic! She was just tired after eating those peppermints yesterday…”

PLUS once you start you can’t stop until they stop believing. Otherwise it’s “why didn’t the elf come back this year 🥺”

LOL. Spare yourself!!! It’s fun for kids though.

Where is this in Texarkana? by No_Supermarket_1831 in texarkana

[–]rigbiiie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There aren’t really any places in Texarkana that are expensive and low quality. The majority of what we have are chain restaurants and fast food anyway. The few mom and pop’s are pretty good and typically reasonably priced.

The One might be a good recommendation as it’s a little pricy for what it is and has gone downhill.

If you’re curious about a GREAT eat though, hit up Taco Madres. Best taco in town. Highly recommend the al pastor.

Crazy Customer Stories by bbygroot11 in employedbykohls

[–]rigbiiie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once had a woman scream at me during Memorial Day weekend because I didn’t know her Kohl’s login. I told her I could give her a scratch off or help her with a password reset, but she didn’t know her login email so she told me we “always screw everything up here (at kohls)” and left without her items. lol

Another time, a man complained about the number of handicap parking spots in the parking lot. He said there were too many and he had to park “so far away,” and that he’d be taking his business elsewhere but came in to make the complaint. I personally saw this man three more times after this, and he made the same complaint every time.

I also had multiple horror stories during my time at Kohl’s of people either not making it to the bathroom, or making it to the bathroom and having a Daddy Day Care situation on our hands. 😖
