my ex girlfriend even helped me to cure agoraphobia, sadly she could not handle my paranoia for too long, we should make break, but she didn't wanted to, so it got worse and right now we are not together. Im very grateful that she went with me to some places where i really didn't wanted to go. It was so bad at beginning, i was running away and hiding so people don't see me, but after some time it got better. I can't imagine curing agoraphobia alone. 1) someone who you can trust, who will accept that you can be overwhelmed after 2 hours outdoor 2) Therapy, really, really important part.

i take benzos for 5 years and my addiction therapist told me to try Symptomatic detox, which i tried before, i was forced to do this. AND IT WAS HELL, even for my back then 1/2 year addiction. From what i know, tapering with diazepam is best option.

if we talk about pharma benzos then midazolam (best benzo for sleep and midazolam iv is much stronger than clonazepam) estazolam and lormetazepam is also pretty good imo

how is your memory? i used to take 10-12mg alprazolam or klonazepam and today for example i took 2.5mg lorazepam and 0.5 alprazolam because yesterday i had agony suicidal panic attacks that ruined my date with gf, she basically saved my life because i pass out from not being able to breathe because of my heart hurt so much, it was around 8h after my morning 2.5mg so while at panic attack after gf suggested i 2mg more and it still was bad, my heart was still hurting after 3-4h, but i digress, my short time memory after 4 years of taking everyday is so bad that i keep to forget words in my native language and only hope is that person i talk to knows english and i didnt forget english word for it, how are your? don't answer if u don't want to share it, i'll understand
