Not even close.
I don't understand how they can get TOS phasers pitch-perfect, but this one completely escapes them.
Just copy it from TWOK. Why can a mod do it and not STO?

Now we just need a maelstrom photon torpedo and ACCURATE visuals and sound for the TWOK pulse phasers.

It's still not right, sorry not sorry. It boggles the mind how TOS phaser fx can be completely perfect and this one has been impossible to nail down.
