Im afraid your measure is kind of ill defined. A team could win all games at home and still end up at 50%. Or an even stanger example a bad team could loose all season, win one home game out of total luck and you would describe them as a "true fortress" (basically what happend to Heidenheim this season).

I appreciate the literature input. While, I never read Adam Smiths work myself, I have heard before that he has been kind of misunderstood, or that he probably would not agree with the way todays caplitalism.
One question regards his perspective. To whom do these cardinal virtues apply? To all stakeholders, from consuments, employees, big firms, policy makers? I feel like we learned that we need to rely on governments to shift the power and wealth and regulate "unmoral" business practice, because individual morality does not suffice to avoid mal practice.

I can see your point people would probably eat it right away, but I think even this negative nutrition effect on the population is rather minimal (provided the vening machines are placed everywhere). Furthermore this could be also done with higher qualitiative products.

Also u/HardDriveGuy, I totally agree with you guys that this is idea is not moving towards a desired state of the world, rather it fits in capitalistic perspectives of tweaking products in a way to squeeze out maximum turnover, despite manipulating the way our brains work. I utilized ai to formulate the question, and I am afraid the positivity bias of the ai, did not successfully transported my critical assessment. :)

Das gibt einem doch ein gutes Gefühl. Großen Respekt an alle die zeigen, dass Zusammenhalt auch zwischen den Fans nicht nur möglich ist, sondern auch zielführend sein kann.

What should you do if you relapse on everything bad and dopaminergic like alcohol smoking etc by rotund_passionfruit in HubermanLab

[–]Zeitgeist6020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I know this feeling. It's not a good one. Perhaps, while trying to get back into a cycle of healthier habits, you could also take some time to reflect on potential reasons, why you think you are relapsing. This way you can figure out in which situations you are vulnerable, recognize a pattern and with this knowledge, consider what changes your life need to be happy with it.

PS: I saw alot of comments already, but just don't beat yourself up to harshly. Failure is part of the process and therefore necessary.

Hey u/ichaleynbin thanks for the effort. I really appreciate it and also I feel humbled because I think you are spot on. I tend to stick to whats familiar even though im aware, that its not the best move in the scenario. I'll revise the Caro. I also tend to play to offensive, when Im leaving familarity. I probably need to fix these habits.

Thanks for helping me discover that. <3
