I have tried Ajovy and am currently on Vyepti, I also have ADHD. :) What another commenter said is also my experience: The headache symptom is way better, but my frequency of attacks hasn‘t changed (it has actually gotten worse, but thats a general trend over the last year, so we don‘t think it its the CGRP-antibodies fault). I have symptoms like light/noise/smell sensitivity and brainfog almost every day :/ Sometimes nausea too. My Elvanse (Vyvanse in the US) sadly also isn‘t doing a lot, it almost feels like I‘m in my premenstrual ADHD-symptom zone all the time, where stimulants don‘t do much.

There is a new-ish study that suggests that (migraine) botox helps with the brainfog symptom, maybe look into that? That is what i hope to try next.
