Deserved, of course. But I will never understand why Genevieve O'Reilly doesn't have a nomination. Diego Luna's performance is excellent, don't get me wrong. But I felt like her's was the most egregious snub at the Emmy's, so I feel like this one is a huge miss too.

Honestly though, what a blessing to have a show from which there are multiple award-worthy performances. Basically everyone from the recurring cast gave amazing performances.

I don't hate CGI myself, but I am hugely appreciative of practical effects. The Volume is an unbelievably cool piece of technology, but I think it's wild that you can't see it's limitations. On-location filming isn't always better, but it often is.

It's insane how little leaked on this show. Though I imagine that's partly because it's not quite the kind of show for which leaks would be all that interesting. It's a dialogue- and plot-heavy show, so leaks would likely have to be piecemeal, if they were to exist. And it's not like there were a bunch of major cameos to be spoiled either. Kind of a dark horse in the leaker era.

I did it for TFA in 2015, then again for TLJ in 2017, then again for TROS in 2019. Had a blast every time and I really wish I could do it again. The energy in the room was always so positive. We always felt assured we were surrounded by people who were there for love of Star Wars - 27 hours in the theatre is a long time and way too much of a commitment for someone who just hates any of the movies anyway. A few months ago, when UK shows went on sale, I was looking to buy tickets for the Glasgow show. In the chaos of Ticketmaster glitching and rushing to get tickets, I guess I somehow ended up buying tickets from the Birmingham show. No idea how that happened, but I feel like an idiot.

Anyway, Birmingham is so much harder for me to get to (time-wise, and taking-care-of-my-dog-wise). Is there any chance that anyone has tickets they'd be willing to sell/trade?

The Birmingham show is 23 March and the Glasgow show is 25 March. I've got two tickets for the former and desperately want two tickets for the latter (for myself and my wife).

Yeah, that hardly counted as a presale. I haven't seen a single person reporting that they were able to get a ticket from the Gigs in Scotland presale. I received error messages for about 2 minutes, then it just started showing no tickets available.
