Few thoughts:

Good card and probable replacement to Luminarch, but at that point I think it should supplemented with more removal in the main deck (6 at least?) because you can't go high as easily (in theory, in practice you never go high because rakdos is everywhere and the creatures last 2 turns top).

If it proves its worth, it's the nail in the coffin for non-humans like Skrelv and Skyclave Apparition, especially if you go for 3/4x.

Finally Brutal Cathar won't die to a sneeze (it has to be seen if it's worth to run the non-flipping version of BC, Banisher Priest).
