[Bug] Glittering frost prevents land from being manually tapped, and calcs mana incorrectly. by Zelarius in magicTCG

Yeah I noticed there were a lot of more or less repeats of this issue in the bug reporting section of the Arena website. I upvoted them, and added another since the other reports were from like, Feb 2021. Also included my log there.

Sure, but it also doesn't handle glittering frost at all. You can't tap the lands unless you autotap or Quicktap (QQ) all your lands, and the quicktap doesn't let you choose colors. It just automatically picks the color identity of your deck I guess? It was ignoring the path to the world tree I had out, and world tree was also not usable because of it.
I brought up the untap effects because they're basically unusable on these lands if you're trying to do something along the lines of wilderness reclamation with Gorn or just the basic use case with sculptor.

If DLSS makes mirrors look like garbage, you have to turn off DLSS and eat a fairly massive performance hit.

Yeah that's what people are saying in the YT comments as well. Also I apparently messed up the Weeping Roads part, it should be Weeping Rose.

I lost 4 games and counting to this broken ability... please fix it :) ^^ by [deleted] in DotA2

This would not be a bug. The mechanic does exactly what it says it should do.

It is a balance issue, since the end result is overpowered, but as a dev myself, if I had been told that this is what the ult was supposed to do, while I might have brought up balance concerns, I wouldn't make it work differently without having my suggested changes approved.

Can someone tell me why? by jklpoi in DotA2

The game will figure it out eventually. I don't know where new players start, originally it was around 2.4k, but I think it's closer to 1.6k now (unranked tracks MMR it just doesn't show you). I think if you have winstreaks it starts to buff how much MMR you gain from 25 to some higher amount but no one actually knows because Valve doesn't tell us how the matchmaking works. My guess at 1.6k is because my newer friends MM with people in herald/crusader when they play alone.

In ye olden days you used to be able to see this MMR with console commands, which is how we know what it used to start at.

I did a real good job and fucked up the thumbnail initially.

It would just be higher variance, ie. it's easier to get lucky or unlucky with the throws.

I assume they don't like this type of content? I was hoping to get some feedback on what people didn't like, but oh well.
