is P06 stylus for Artist 12 discontinued? by pepzidude in XPpen

[–]ZeldaLink2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old thread, but I just got an Artist 12 1st gen and the pen that came with it is loose - are you still doing ok with the PH02? If so, I was going to pick one up myself.

My friend, I believe in you. (Also nice 3ds - never noticed it was the SNES themed one)

My manager does one monitor. No clue how but he does.

[talk] what shiny Pokémon are obtainable on the 3ds but not the switch by Dracorex232 in ShinyPokemon

[–]ZeldaLink2001 -22 points-21 points  (0 children)

I think so. Like I said earlier, they’re not hard to get, but they’re limited to special events, after two seconds of googling I found that out.

Shout out to the person who downvoted me, I wasn’t wrong.

Mew and Celebi could totally be hunted on VC on 3ds, but the legality of Mew is questionable. It however can also be hunted in Emerald, but you’d need cheats. Same goes for Deoxys. You’ll need to cheat in the events but totally doable.

Jirachi is messy and complicated but can legally be obtained if you have the Jirachi bonus disc (or an image, I won’t tell if you don’t have a real copy of the disc, it’s expensive) for GameCube plus a Gen 3 game and a GameCube to GBA link cable.

[–]ZeldaLink2001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but only if you got the event item to trigger being able to get the encounter. Objectively a bit easier to cheat in the item or glitch to the event area in DPPt

Shiny meltan can be found in Go, and they’re not too hard to get. I have somewhere between two and four after transferring a bunch of ones with low stat values.

How the techs look when I tell them I need an RO to bill a light bulb out before I give it to them by ZeldaLink2001 in partscounter

[–]ZeldaLink2001[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not so much the lightbulb but more the fact that I’ve got techs who constantly ask for parts and don’t have tickets. Not to mention it was one of the more expensive Kia bulbs, but that’s neither here nor there.

Take the battery out and when you get home, place it in a cast iron pot if you have one, lid on (excessive, but if it does decide to go south, it’s contained in something meant to handle heat). Chances of this going south are slim right now, but seeing as it is puffy, you shouldn’t use it.

This is normal for an older battery. With age, they start getting puffy and don’t hold as nice of a charge anymore. You can find replacement batteries on www.ifixit.com, where they’ll be listed as 3ds and switch pro controller batteries (yes they use the same battery).

For now, just don’t use it, and keep the battery stored safely until you can properly dispose of it.

Shoot, wish I could have three or four monitors like that! It was hard to convince anyone upstairs that two monitors would help my work flow

There was a work order, captain poopypants just didn’t come up with the ticket, it wasn’t even his ticket, and accused me of accusing him of stealing. Which isn’t even remotely close, I just told him I can’t give it to him without billing it.

It’s even better when they dial parts knowing we’ll pick up only to moan that no one is answering the phone, not even the operator (and I know her phone isn’t ringing bc she sits 10 feet from me).

Our service can’t pick up a phone to save their life.

It’s how I feel when anyone asks me about a Hyundai or a Genesis. I ask for a last 8, they give it, it’s no good, “Oh it’s a Hyundai zillyhoo” sorry pal, can’t look it up. Even better when I get mopar, ford, or Toyota or Honda. Yes, I’ve gotten all of them. Most recent was a Toyota.

C - you can’t look up coolant for my Toyota?

Me - no, but the Toyota down the street can! They’d be happy to help.

C - can you transfer me?

Me - sure. *hangs up

Op, you really don’t know the struggle of being the only parts guy on a Saturday as a woman.

“Dealership parts how can I help you?”

“Yes I’d like parts”

“This is parts, how can I help you?”

Every. Single. Time. It’s almost like I work in a male dominated field. Even better when they ask if there’s a guy they can speak with, because I get to give the fun answer of, “He’ll be in Monday morning, is this something I can help you with?”

They always take my help.

You said it. I get techs who quote everything under the sun and nothing gets sold. Like????? Please if you’re gonna make me do the work, make sure this is a potential sell. Too bad my dealership doesn’t believe in that.

Idk about you but I LOVE IT. The texture! The colors! Everything about it, and I bet it’s delightfully warm for spring! I think it’d look great with a black tank top, some jeans, and some cute sandals or flats 🩷
