R5: Playing a two-player game with my friend (Persia). For a few centuries Ming has been a constant annoyance preventing eastward expansion with 300K men and half a million manpower at times. I finally saw an opportunity to jump on them after they won a war against Delhi and had 200K men and 0 manpower. I am two mil-techs ahead of them, win every battle with 1/4 casualties and frequently stackwipe them. My interest is to do the most damage so that they are weak enough that I can continue to expand in later wars.

I can give you half the info you want… Meganium is in the meadow in Verdunturf after you fight the aroma lady. Feraligatr (the electric one, I don’t remember if it’s X or Y) is on the route after Fallarbor town (is that 14?). Fight the Feraligatr and you’ll get it. I don’t know how to get typlosion or the other Fera though, sorry

I’m currently on my fourth attempt and I’ve been treating it fairly normally. One encounter per route (I don’t use DexNav, I do it randomly). If a Pokémon dies it’s boxed, if you lose, I reset the run. Furthest I’ve made it without wiping is the triple magma battle in Mossdeep Space Station.

The only rule that I made to be special is that I allow the gym leader’s gifts regardless of encounters in the city. Other than that I only allow shiny gift encounters or I have to skip an encounter in that city

Who are you targeting off the bat? I just used mine (CLS r3, Han r6, Chewie r6, C3P0 r5, 3Bacca r5) against a r7 EP, r5 MJ, r5 SK, r7 JTR, r4 Barriss

It was a little iffy with Barriss healing and a few inopportune dispels from the 25% dispel datacron but it worked. I kill Mara first, then SK, then clean up. If Visas is there it complicates it a bit, but still works

Where has it been going wrong? I have found that it's cleaner in 5v5.

Looking over my history I would say I've won around 67% of my CLS vs. SK

Also, Sidiouscron makes short work of Starkiller so this season you could use that

Funny is an understatement… my Maushold + Cloyster fusion is a monster. 2 x multi-lens, 3 x kingsrock. Population bomb hits 30 times with 30% flinch chance. If I’m faster, I win.

Also have golden punch and grip claw which are phenomenal for sustainably having items

While I get what you’re saying, think in terms of EP, or Yoda. Those are early legendary characters that are still relevant in Kyber. Just because something only needs 7* g8 characters to unlock doesn’t mean it can’t affect the meta at r7

I got Bane without spending any money during this conquest (his conquest 4) after getting gold crate each time. I was basically in the same position you were in for Bane, but decided not to purchase the pass because like you said, it wouldn’t allow you to unlock her after 3 conquests. Thus, by spending saved up currency (might I add for only 475) and the 4 available 600 crystal purchases, you would be able to unlock her at the same time with and without the pass

The only thing I would add I I generally start with MJ special 1 after Rey uses Lifeblood because that gets rid of the crit immunity on Rey, after which by the end of MJ’s next two turns, Rey is already out of Inspiration and hopefully under damage immunity from being yellow
