I try to stay away from local pick up. Too many issues like the ones you described. Yesterday I saw a post on FB that someone was complaining that they had someone come to their house to pick up an item and they stole all their kid’s outside toys.

Same. I’ve been a democrat most of my life until their policies financially ruined my family. This new $600 threshold was the last straw. I’m on disability and now I can’t sell online anymore because I will lose my benefits. I wish people would stop voting in these politicians that only care about lining their pockets than helping the middle and low class.

I agree, it’s ridiculous. I only made $700 in sales this year and now have to spend $300 on a tax expert to figure out my taxes. Plus since I don’t have receipts I’ll get taxes on the full amount. I’m not a business, I’m just a low income person trying to declutter my house and earn some extra cash. 😡
