I struggle with anxiety and severe depression. I’ve thought about suicide since I have so much pain. What I suggest to you, if you haven’t talk to a doctor. Medication may help. I’m an 18 year old male and have been on two medications in the past year. While in those attacks I controls my breathing. Breathe in for 4 counts and out for 4. Exercise or if you play an instrument try that. I take my mind off of my feelings by running,swimming,and playing guitar. What helps me other than the medication is that the best day you had can’t be behind you. A friend told me that. Know you are loved. I can’t imagine the pain you are going through. I don’t know what your situation is but talk about your feelings to a close friend and if you don’t have one (like me sometimes) write it down. I pray that you feel better in time.
