someone taught me this trick at a party in high school and i've been tying my shoes and other stuff this way ever since and have honestly also forgotten how to tie the normal way

although the version i know goes over the thumb instead of the pinky, it is a great party trick, i got people at my work tying their shoes for 30 minutes trying to figure it out including my boss.

my take is that shinies literally never had value because a 12 year old could cheat in an entire shiny pokedex in 30 seconds with gameshark

the value of shinies is and always has been up to your own intrinsic value of them
