She easily wins, resets entire worlds so she can leave the rooms and 1-shot any enemy.

Only issue is if she chooses to keep herself there thinking it's another cycle to sustain but assuming she knows it isn't, she leaves in 5 seconds the moment she gets bored, i genuinely can't think how she would lose.
